Layers
The main aim of adding layers in BOPP bags is to make them even more strong in order to ensure no spilling of material inside. They also help in keeping the product being carried, fresh in the case of food products. They also provide proper ventilation or humidity as per the requirement of the product being carried inside the bag. We offer a variety in a number of layers as well as various types of fabrics in layers to deliver exact packaging as per the durability requirement of the material being carried inside it.
Flexo Printing
Flexo printing is an economical and feasible solution for both coated and uncoated bags, and it is an evolved technology that can be used for printing on different materials. Gusset
Gusset refers to the structure that is very common in packaging materials and bags and purses as well. As compared to a normal bag, a gusset gives extra space on the corners and bottom of the bag which kind of gives it a 3D effect when loaded with materials as compared to normal bags. These extra sides on corners can also be used for branding. The main advantage of Gusset is that it increases the capacity of the bags.
Types of Cutting
Cutting enhances the look of the product and gives a unique brand identity. We provide
- Blade cutting
It is used with BOPP and PP-coated bags. It is used for the shaping of the product with good finishing.
- Heat straight and zigzag cutting
Heat straight cutting is used for uncoated bags. Uncoated bags requires heat for cutting to give a finished touch.
Types of Stitching
Stitching is an essential part of maintaining the durability of the product. As per the material of transit, different types of stitches are provided. For example, the stitching of bags for carrying flour is different from the stitching of bags for carrying cement. Cement bags require more durable stitching.
We mainly provide two types of stitching
- Bottom Stitching
- Chain stitching
And we customize them as per the requirement of the material being carried.
Window
Windows are a new trend in the packaging industry considering the increased consumer demands for transparency at every level of production. A window is inserted at the side or front of the packaging so that anyone can see through what is inside the packaging without opening the package.
Construction
BOPP Woven laminated bag construction plays a vital role in its durability.
We offer two types of Construction :
- Circular Construction
Circular construction offers one-sided printing and lamination. It is a more economically feasible option than other types of construction. - Backseam Construction
Backseam construction is a premium option in which the woven fabric is first flattened and then lamination is done in flat form and then cutting and stitching. It gives more precision for every product produced in a batch and is the first choice of premium brands.
Perforation
Perforation is done for air circulation inside the packaging to keep the product inside the package hydrated. We offer a variety of Perforation methods as per the requirement.
Liners
Liners are attached inside the bags for extra protection for some chemically sensitive materials such as cement, fertilizers charcoal, etc. They provide extra protection against humidity and heat and make the packaging more durable by providing it with multiple layers.
Types of Handles
If the bag is durable and sturdy but its handle is not, the bag would be of no use. Especially for carrying heavy materials, the quality of handles is very important. We offer various types of handles including :
- Narrow woven fabric
- Pp+BOPP
- Plastic
- Non-woven- Bopp
Types of Packing
