BOPP( Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) is an evolved version of PP(Polypropylene). It provides even more durability than that of PP Woven Fabric. They are harder than HDPE/PP Woven Fabric and give enhanced resistance against water, vapor, oil grease, and external conditions.
The polypropylene (PP) woven fabric is coated with a layer of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. The lamination process provides additional strength, durability, and protection against moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
BOPP is a type of plastic film that is known for its high clarity, gloss, and stiffness. When laminated to PP woven fabric, it enhances the appearance of the bags/sacks and fabrics, making them more attractive and visually appealing. It also improves their printing capabilities, allowing for high-quality graphics and text to be printed directly onto the bags/sacks and fabrics.
We offer two varieties of BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bags/sacks and Fabrics.
1) Circular Construction
Circular construction can come with one-sided printing and lamination. It is a more economically feasible option than Backseam Constrution and its look also gets compromised due to fin coming off while laminated.
2) Backseam Construction
Backseam construction is a premium option in which the woven fabric is first flattened and then lamination is done in flat form and then cutting and stitching. It gives more precision for every product produced in a batch and is the first choice of premium brands.
